Team, roles & guest artists

Add people, set who can do what, and host visiting artists — every artist is included in your flat plan.

Settings → Team is where you manage everyone who works the shop and everyone who shows on your booking site.

Roles

Owner / adminEverything — the whole console plus Settings, Team and Billing.
Studio managerYour whole day-to-day plus Team, minus Billing and pricing.
ArtistTheir own chair — requests, calendar, flash and their public profile. They only ever see their own clients.
Front deskCheck-ins, the day's bookings and taking payments. No finances or settings.
Accountant (external)Finances and tax export only — no client details, no calendar. Read-only.
NoteEach teammate's card shows what their role can do and when they were last active, so you can see at a glance who's using the console.

Your team is included

On Studio, everyone with a login — owner, manager, front desk or artist — is included in your one flat plan. On Solo it's you plus up to 2 more artist seats ($15/month each); a fourth artist means moving to Studio. Your external accountant logs in free on either plan, and a front-desk person who also tattoos can be shown as an artist with one toggle.

Guest artists

Hosting a visiting artist? Add them as a guest — no login, up to 3 at once, included at no extra cost. They appear on your booking site with a "Guest artist" badge for a set spot (up to 180 days, 90 by default), then come off automatically.

The same guest can return 12 months after their spot ends — perfect for an annual visitor.
Convert a guest to a full team member any time — they keep their profile and gain a login.
NoteGuests are deliberately time-boxed and login-free, so they stay genuine guest spots. A full-time artist should be added as a team member.
