Add your bookings to your calendar
Subscribe your Linebook appointments to Google, Apple, Outlook or Fastmail — a live, one-way feed that keeps itself up to date.
Linebook can put your appointments on the calendar you already use. You subscribe once to a private link and it stays in sync on its own — new bookings appear, reschedules move, and cancellations drop off. It's one-way: nothing you do in your calendar ever changes Linebook.
Get your link
1In the console, open Settings → Calendar sync. You'll see Your calendar (your own chair) and, if you're an owner or manager, a Studio calendar for the whole shop.
2The quickest path is the Add to Google / Apple / Outlook buttons — they open that app's subscribe screen with the link already filled in. To add it anywhere else (like Fastmail), use Copy to grab the link and follow the steps below.
NoteTreat the link like a password — anyone with it can see that calendar's appointments. If it ever gets out, hit Reset link and the old one stops working.
Google Calendar
On a computer (Google doesn't let you add a URL from the phone app), open Google Calendar. Next to “Other calendars” on the left, click + → From URL.
Paste your link, click Add calendar, and it shows up in a few minutes.
NoteGoogle refreshes subscribed calendars slowly — often only every several hours, sometimes up to a day — so a brand-new booking may take a while to appear. Apple and Fastmail refresh much faster.
Apple Calendar (iPhone, iPad, Mac)
Easiest: tap Add to Apple on the Calendar sync page and confirm Subscribe.
By hand on iPhone/iPad: Settings app → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar, then paste the link.
By hand on a Mac: Calendar → File → New Calendar Subscription, paste the link, and set Auto-refresh to every 15 minutes or every hour.
Outlook (Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com)
Open Outlook on the web → Calendar → Add calendar → Subscribe from web.
Paste your link, give it a name, and click Subscribe.
Fastmail
Open Fastmail → Calendar → the calendars menu, then Add calendar → Subscribe to a calendar (or “Add another calendar → From URL”).
Paste your link and click Subscribe. Fastmail also accepts the webcal:// form — either works.
NoteThe same copied link works in any app that can “subscribe to a calendar by URL,” so you're not limited to the four above.
The studio calendar
Owners and managers can share one feed covering every chair — handy for the front desk, a shared display, or an owner's overview. It shows the whole studio's schedule, so share it carefully and reset it if the link ever leaks.
Set it up under Settings → Calendar sync
