Session logs, kit & materials
Log what you used on each session — inks, needles and machines — from your saved kit, and keep session notes on the booking.
After a session you can log what you used — inks, needles and machines — right on the booking, alongside your notes. It builds a clean record per client and per session, handy for touch-ups, sensitivities and your own reference.
Logging a session
Open a booking → Session log. Add the inks and needles you used, the machine, and any notes. On a multi-session piece each session keeps its own log.
The ink picker
Search a built-in reference of real brands and colours — thousands of entries across the major ink houses — each shown with a colour swatch. Pick one and it's logged as Brand · Colour.
Not in the list? Add your own with a brand and colour (and a swatch) — it's saved to your studio's catalog so it's there next time. And there's always a free-text option for anything unusual.
Needles & machines
Log a needle by its configuration (e.g. 0.30mm 7RM), with an optional brand, lot number and expiry for your records.
Note the machine you worked on, too.
Your kit & favourites
Settings → Your kit & favourites is where you save the inks, needle configs and machines you reach for most — so they're one tap in the session log instead of a search every time. It's per-artist: your kit is yours.
NoteSet a default needle config and it's pre-filled on every new session row. Everything here is optional — log as much or as little as you like.
