Solo, and adding a seat
Solo is for one artist working on their own — $12/month founder price (list $15), CAD in Canada or USD in the US, or $120/year (two months free). You can add up to 2 more artist seats at $15/month each ($150/year) — so Solo fits up to three artists in one space. Add or remove a seat any time in Settings → Billing; the change is prorated on your next invoice.
Founder rate and seatsYour founder base price is locked for the life of your account, but seats are always billed at the current seat rate (they are not founder-locked). So a founder-rate Solo pays their locked base plus the current per-seat price for each extra artist.
Outgrowing SoloAny billable login (artist, manager or front desk) uses one of your 2 Solo seats. Need a fourth, or guest artists for visiting spots? Move to Studio in one click — one flat price for the whole shop, every artist included, and the change is prorated.
Studio: what's included
On Studio, everyone with a login — owner, manager, front desk or artist — is included in the one flat price. Your external accountant logs in for read-only finances access. Add or remove artists whenever you like; it never changes your bill.
Guest artistsIncluded at no extra cost, up to 3 at once. A visiting artist appears on your booking site with a "Guest artist" badge for a set spot (up to 180 days), then comes off automatically. The same guest can return 12 months after their spot ends — or you can convert them to a full team member any time.
Monthly or annual
Choose monthly or annual at checkout — annual is two months free (10 months for the price of 12) and is selected by default. Either way it's one flat price; adding or removing artists never changes it.
No per-booking fees and nothing skimmed from your deposits or payments — you keep 100%.
Switch between monthly and annual any time from the Stripe portal.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the Stripe portal. Your studio keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then the console locks until you resubscribe. Your data isn't deleted.
NoteSales tax is added automatically at checkout and on every invoice where applicable (Stripe Tax), so your books stay clean.
