Private studio
Private studio covers a studio of up to three people — $24/month founder price (list $29), CAD in Canada or USD in the US, or $240/year (two months free). All three logins are included in that price: there are no seats to add and nothing to buy per person. Any billable role counts — owner, artist, manager or front desk — and your external accountant logs in free on top.
Founder rateLocked for the life of your account, exactly like Shop. It never rises, even when new studios move to the $29/month ($290/year) list price.
Outgrowing Private studioNeed a fourth login, or guest chairs for visiting artists? Move to Shop in one click — one flat price for the whole shop, every artist included, and the change is prorated. Moving back down is not self-serve: email hello@linebook.ink and we'll walk the roster and your website across with you.
Shop: what's included
On Shop, everyone with a login — owner, manager, front desk or artist — is included in the one flat price. Your external accountant logs in for read-only finances access. Add or remove artists whenever you like; it never changes your bill.
Guest artistsIncluded at no extra cost, up to 3 at once. A visiting artist appears on your booking site with a "Guest artist" badge for a set spot (up to 180 days), then comes off automatically. The same guest can return 12 months after their spot ends — or you can convert them to a full team member any time.
Monthly or annual
Choose monthly or annual at checkout — annual is two months free (10 months for the price of 12) and is selected by default. Either way it's one flat price; adding or removing artists never changes it.
No per-booking fees and nothing skimmed from your deposits or payments — you keep 100%.
Switch between monthly and annual any time from the Stripe portal.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the Stripe portal. Your studio keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then the console locks until you resubscribe. Your data isn't deleted.
NoteSales tax is added automatically at checkout and on every invoice where applicable (Stripe Tax), so your books stay clean.
