Clients & marketing
Every client's history in one place — returning clients recognised, intake reused, and one-click branded emails to a segment (promotions, healing check-ins, come-backs).
The Clients section is your studio's built-in CRM — everyone who's booked or enquired, grouped by email, with their whole history in one place. Artists see only their own clients; owners and managers see everyone.
Returning clients, recognised
When someone books again, Linebook recognises them by email and shows a "Returning" badge alongside their past requests, bookings, total spend and the artists they've seen.
Open a client to see their whole history — and thumbnails of their finished pieces, which you can click to view full size.
Intake reuse: if they've already completed your health form and consent, it's marked "on file" and they aren't asked to fill it out again.
Two clients with the same name? Search shows each with their most recent piece, so you always pick the right person.
Message a group
Your client list doubles as a marketing tool. Filter by segment — returning, seen in the last 30 days, lapsed 90+ days, or intake on file — sort by spend, then select clients and send them a branded email.
Start from a template — a promotion, a healing check-in, or a come-back nudge — or write your own.
Every message carries your studio's logo, accent and contact details, with a one-click unsubscribe added automatically (so you stay on the right side of anti-spam rules). Opt-outs are remembered and skipped on future sends, and it only ever mails your own clients.
NoteThere's nothing to set up — clients appear automatically as requests and bookings come in.
