How it works

From first message to booked.

Four steps, and the line fills in as they happen — so at any moment you can see exactly how far a booking has got, and who it's waiting on.

  1. 01Request
    Client requests

They pick an artist, describe the idea, attach references and choose a deposit method. No app, no account.

  2. 02Propose
    Studio proposes

Offer real slot times — or a free consult first (call, in-shop or video) for a bigger piece, then send a quote to approve.

  3. 03Deposit
    Deposit holds it

A reference code ties the payment to the slot. Mark it received and the booking confirms.

  4. 04Booked
    Booked

It lands on the calendar, finances update, and the client gets a confirmation they can add straight to their own calendar.

The requests queue: each enquiry listed with the client's name, the piece, and whose move it is next.
Both sides of the counter

The same booking, seen from each side.

The client gets — no app, no account
  • A real answer, not a maybe: three proposed times with dates they can hold, or a polite no, same day.
  • One clear deposit — card, cash or e-transfer with a reference code, and a receipt that says what it's for.
  • Paperwork before they arrive: consent and aftercare signed on their phone, filed against the booking.
The studio gets — one place to look
  • A queue, not an inbox: every request in one list with what you need to quote it already attached.
  • Deposits that reconcile themselves — mark it received and the slot confirms, the ledger updates, the split is worked out.
  • A day sheet you can trust: confirmed work solid, unconfirmed consults dashed, no double-booking a chair.

Don't take our word for it.

A full studio account with a week of bookings, requests and takings already in it. Propose times, take a deposit, close out a day — nothing you change is real, and nothing needs setting up first.
