Multiple studios & affiliated artists
Run more than one studio from a single login and switch in a click — and let a solo artist join your roster while you cover their subscription.
One login, several studios
If you own or work at more than one studio, a single login can hold them all — no juggling separate accounts or passwords.
To add another studio to your login, open your avatar menu (top-right) → Add a studio and confirm your password. It's set up as a second workspace on the same login.
Switch between studios from that same menu, under Workspaces. Each studio's bookings, clients, team and finances are completely separate — switching just changes which one you're working in.
Affiliated artists
A solo artist can join a studio's roster while keeping their own booking site and clients. While they're affiliated, the studio covers their Linebook subscription — and either side can end it any time.
Inviting an artist (as a studio)
1Settings → Team → Affiliated artists, and invite the artist by the email they log in with. They need their own Solo Linebook account first. (Hosting an affiliated artist needs the Studio plan and counts toward your artist cap.)
2They accept from their own console, a chair appears on your roster, and they can work in your studio right away — their seat is covered by you while they're with you.
Joining a studio (as a solo)
You'll see the invite in your console — Accept or Decline. On accepting, the studio shows up as a workspace on your login (switch to it from your avatar menu), your own subscription is paused while the studio covers you, and your upcoming bookings move onto the studio's calendar (affected clients are emailed automatically). You can optionally bring a copy of your past clients into the studio.
Leaving
Either side can end an affiliation. A short wizard walks each upcoming booking — move it to your solo books, reassign it at the studio, or leave it with the studio — so nothing falls through the cracks. Your own subscription resumes, and you can take a copy of your clients with you; the studio keeps its own records too.
NoteAn affiliated artist is a full member with their own login and seat — different from a guest artist, who has no login and is free (up to three at a time). See Team, roles & guest artists.
