Owner & admin — run the shop

Your first ten minutes, the Settings area, and what only owners reach: payments, finances, billing and team.

Your first 10 minutes

1Settings → Shop & hours — your address, phone, weekly hours, Instagram and your deposit e-Transfer address. Brand & site holds your logo and name; Look & feel holds your accent colour and type.
2Settings → Team — add your artists. Each becomes bookable on your site; every artist is included in your flat plan.
3Share your booking link: yourshop.linebook.ink.

The Settings area

Everything administrative lives behind the Settings gear, in three tabs so the top nav stays about your day, not your admin:

StudioBrand, address and booking details clients see — plus your payment methods and your Stripe connection.
TeamPeople, roles, the permission grid, each artist's public profile, and guest artists.
BillingYour plan, guests used and invoices (owner only).

What only owners reach

Payments — record and reconcile every deposit and balance across cash, e-Transfer and card.
Finances — the shop cut (commission, booth rent or hybrid), what each artist is owed, tax collected, and CSV exports for your accountant.
Billing & Team — your plan and who's on it.
Website Builder — if you've added the site-builder add-on, its editor is owner-only by default; grant edit access to any teammate from Settings → Team.

Access maps to the console sections each role can open. Managers (not shown) match Owner minus Billing. Guest artists see only their own chair.
NoteStudio managers get your whole day-to-day plus Team, but not Billing or pricing — ideal for a front-of-house lead.
