Front desk & accountant
The desk handles check-ins and payments; the accountant sees the books and nothing else.
Front desk — the desk
Check-ins and the day's bookings, front and centre.
Payments → Record a payment for cash or e-Transfer taken at the desk, and Mark received ✓ to confirm an e-Transfer that landed — that confirms the booking and emails the client a receipt.
Accountant (external) — the books
Finances only: gross → shop cut → artist payouts, tax collected, and Export for accountant (CSV). No access to client details or the calendar — read-only access to the books.
