Sub-processors and related service providers
Effective date: July 2026. Last updated: July 2026.
Linebook uses a limited number of third-party service providers to host, secure, support, measure and operate the service. This page is the canonical list of Linebook sub-processors and related service providers referenced by our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement and Security Overview.
01Current providers
Some providers process all or most customer data as infrastructure providers, while others only process data in narrow contexts — such as email delivery, anti-abuse tooling, analytics, or an optional integration a studio chooses to connect. “Region” reflects the provider's service footprint or the configured region information available to us at the time of update.
| Provider | Role | Data categories | Region |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Application hosting, delivery and scheduled jobs | All service data in transit; request metadata | United States |
| Vercel Blob | File storage | Encrypted intake files (ciphertext); finished-work and reference images | United States (Washington, DC) |
| Neon | Managed PostgreSQL database | Account, booking and (encrypted) client/intake records | United States |
| Stripe | Subscription billing and, via Stripe Connect, studio-owned deposit payments | Billing identifiers, payment references and amounts (Linebook holds no client funds) | United States |
| Resend | Transactional and lifecycle/marketing email delivery | Recipient email address and transactional, lifecycle and marketing message content | United States |
| Vercel Web Analytics / Speed Insights | Aggregate usage and performance measurement | Cookieless, privacy-preserving aggregate telemetry | United States |
| Cloudflare | Turnstile anti-abuse on public forms and Access controls for the operator back office | Turnstile challenge tokens, IP/device/browser signals, and Access administrator identity/authentication metadata (no client content) | Global edge |
For clarity: Cloudflare is used for Turnstile security checks and Access controls, not advertising. Vercel Web Analytics / Speed Insights is used for aggregate usage and performance measurement and is cookieless under the current implementation. We do not list development-only references as active sub-processors unless they are currently receiving production personal data.
02Change notice
We update this page when we add, replace or remove a sub-processor. Where our Data Processing Agreement applies, we will provide notice before a new sub-processor begins processing covered customer data. Customers may object in writing on reasonable data-protection grounds within the notice period; if we cannot reasonably resolve the objection, either party may terminate the affected services on written notice as described in the Data Processing Agreement.
